Kockums frying pan carbon steel from Kockums Jernverk is a well-balanced frying pan manufactured in Anderstorp from Swedish 3 mm carbon steel by SSAB. It is approximately 20% lighter than a cast iron pan and features a blasted surface treated with Swedish vegetable oils for excellent frying properties and a natural non-stick effect — ready to use straight away without seasoning. The straighter, higher rim provides a larger bottom diameter and more cooking surface, while the pan withstands high temperatures, distributes heat evenly and works on all heat sources as well as in the oven up to 200°. The black-lacquered handle with embossed Kockums logo has a hanging hole. A robust, Swedish-made frying pan that improves with time.
